The program comes with a 4 and 6-day weekly training split to suit the needs of all individuals and all exercises are coupled with tutorial videos. I will teach you everything you need to know, step-by-step in the simplest way to help you achieve your goals. This program requires access to a gym and is suitable for both men and women.
